DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Emme Parsons provides free USPS Priority Mail shipping for all U.S. orders. Customers will receive their orders in 2–5 business days (Monday-Saturday delivery). These delivery timeframes only apply to US addresses within the contiguous 48 states. We also offer USPS Priority Mail Express service for an additional charge, with delivery within 1–3 business days.
During sale periods we experience a high volume of orders and shipping may be delayed. All orders will be processed in the order they are received based on product availability. If you have any questions please contact our customer support team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. Please note that the expedited shipping method delivery timeframes do not include order processing time. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Sunday or holidays.
US customers have 30 days from the delivery date to place a return. All orders shipped internationally are final sale as well as sale items marked as final sale. These orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns will only be accepted if the shoes have not been worn. They must be returned in their original, undamaged shoebox with the duster included. Please try footwear on a covered/protected surface, as returns with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted.
How To Complete Your Return
- Within 30 days of your order shipment, please go to emmeparsons.returnly.com and enter the email address used to place your order. You will be guided through the return process as well as being sent an email with instructions and a prepaid USPS return shipping label.
- Items must be shipped back within 5 days of your return being authorized.
- Upon inspection and acceptance of the returned merchandise, we will process your refund within approximately 2 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please note that it may take another day or two before the refund is credited back to your credit card.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All international orders shipped to Canada are via UPS Standard unless otherwise selected.
All international orders shipped to Zone 1 and 2 are via DHL EXPRESS.
International shipments to Canada: $10.
International shipments to Zone One are UK, Australia and New Zealand: $35.
For international shipments to Zone Two (outside the above areas): $50.
We will provide you with a tracking number for your international purchases. Taxes and duties are not included, payment of any fees is the responsibility of the recipient, to be collected at the time of delivery. Any charges incurred are determined by the customs agency within the selected country and are based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for products imported into the recipient's country.

We will make every effort to satisfy your requests, but please be aware that exchanges are subject to product availability at the time we receive your return.

Once a pair of shoes has been worn they will sadly never remain in perfect condition but we have listed care recommendations below to ensure your shoes have the longest life possible.
Always store your shoes in the duster provided placed away from direct sunlight or heat. You can also stuff your shoes with tissue paper before storing. Make sure the shoes are well ventilated before storage.
The shape of your shoes will change over time as the leather sole moulds to the shape of your own foot and they may stretch further and wrinkle with extensive wear. To maintain the shape of the leather you can stuff your shoes with tissue paper after being worn.
All Emme Parsons shoes have smooth leather soles that will wear down over time. If the soles become very worn down you can replace them with an additional leather sole at your local shoe repair. Affixing a new leather sole will also protect your shoes from heat and rain and to help them last longer. You can soften small stains by rubbing gently with a white eraser.
The inner sole will become dirty or discolored over time from extensive wear. You can mix some soap and water and gently brush away the dirt but make sure water does not come into contact with the outer sole to avoid stains.
Nappa and Calf Leather
Leather will wrinkle and soften with age. Make sure to keep light colors away from water and other liquids. Stuffing your shoes with tissue paper when not in use will help maintain the suppleness and smoothness. You can also use a leather cleaner and leather conditioner to maintain the softness of the leather however you should do a spot test on a small piece of leather before treating the entire shoe and make sure the shoes are completely dry before wearing them. Shoes should be kept in a cool, dry place and stored in their dusters.
Metallic finished leathers will lift over time. Avoid contact with sharp objects as this will cause the leather to tear. Shoes should be kept in a cool, dry place and stored in their dusters.
Suede often has subtle color variations. Excess exposure to water or other liquids may result in staining so we recommend using a protective waterproof spray however you should do a spot test on a small piece of leather before treating the entire shoes and make sure the shoes are completely dry before wearing them. You can remove dirt by gently using a soft leather cleaning brush.
