Domestic Shipping and Returns
We offer a signature required delivery option at checkout at no extra cost. Our courier will obtain a signature from someone at the delivery address only. If no one is available to sign, the courier will attempt redelivery of the package on another date.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot be held liable for any reimbursement cost for parcels shipped without signature service added during checkout. We will, however, do everything we can to assist you. Parcels sent without a signature service will be left in a safe place without obtaining signature.
We always recommend that you ship to a secure delivery address, and preferably one where someone is available to receive your package directly.
Emme Parsons provides free standard shipping for all United States orders of $250 USD or more. Customers will receive their orders in 1–5 business days (Monday-Saturday delivery). These delivery timeframes only apply to US addresses within the contiguous 48 states. As a guide FedEx states Home Delivery transit time can be between 1-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional charge, with delivery within 1–3 business days.
Orders for in-stock items cannot be edited or canceled once placed.
During sale periods we experience a high volume of orders and shipping may be delayed. All orders will be processed in the order they are received based on product availability. If you have any questions please contact our customer support team by emailing orders@emmeparsons.com.
Please note that the expedited shipping method delivery timeframes do not include order processing time. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 PM EST the same business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Sunday or holidays.

Returns under $1,000 will incur a $15 restocking fee, and returns over $1000 will incur a $40 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund.
Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Discount not valid on previous purchases and cannot be combined with other offers. No price adjustments on previous orders.
Returns will only be accepted if the shoes have not been worn. They must be returned in their original, undamaged shoebox with the duster included. Please try footwear on a covered/protected surface, as returns with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted.
How To Complete Your Return:
- Within 14 days of your order shipment, please go to emmeparsons.loopreturns.com and enter your order number and zip code. You will be guided through the return process as well as being sent an email with instructions and a prepaid USPS return shipping label.
- Items must be shipped back within 5 days of your return being authorized.
- Upon inspection and acceptance of the returned merchandise, we will process your refund within approximately 14 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please note that it may take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to see your refund reflected on your bank statement.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the return process, please contact customer service at support@emmeparsons.com.
United States Customers
In the course of returning an item at emmeparsons.loopreturns.com, it is possible to indicate that you wish to make an exchange for a different size. Please follow the instructions on our return portal to initiate an exchange. Please note that we will not be able to process your exchange order until the original order is returned and processed. To ensure that the item you want is in stock, we recommend opting for an Instant Exchange. A $1 hold will be placed, and an exchange order will be created immediately. If the return item has not been received as “in-transit” within the return window of 14 days, the card on file will be automatically charged.
US customers that opt out of Instant Exchange can choose to do a regular exchange without adding card information but we cannot guarantee that the item you want is in stock.
We monitor the number of returns made by customers and excessive returns are flagged. As a result, our Customer Care team may contact you to learn more about your returned items and at our discretion, future orders may be refused.
International Shipping and Returns
All orders ship from the United States.
Shipping rates vary by destination and order value and are presented at checkout.

Exchanges are not available for international orders. To receive a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
For customers in the European Union, United Kingdom, and Ireland, all applicable duties, taxes, and VAT are included in the product price. There are no additional charges due upon delivery.
For customers in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Hong Kong, and Singapore, applicable duties and taxes are calculated and charged at checkout.
Pre-orders
Reserving an item from Emme Parsons ensures access to limited production.
We aim to produce only what we can sell, allowing us to focus on craftsmanship and lasting quality.
Full payment is due at checkout to secure your size and style of a pre-order item. This also ensures that your order will be shipped out first when items arrive at our warehouse.
Any orders that have in-stock items and pre-order items will be partially shipped with the available stock. As we receive inventory for items on pre-order, we will ship those out separately.
The estimated ship date is on the product page, your order page, cart, and checkout. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email when your preorder ships.

Product Care
Caring for your Emme Parsons shoes extends their lifespan. Below are recommendations for keeping shoes in optimal shape.
Storage
Always store your shoes in the duster provided, and away from direct sunlight or heat. Make sure shoes are well ventilated before storage
Shape
The shape of your shoes will change over time, as the leather sole molds to your foot. Stuff with paper or hang on a shoe tree to retain the shape.
Soles
Most of our shoes have leather soles that will wear down over time. We recommend asking a shoe repair professional to resole the leather and apply rubber spays to the bottoms as needed.
Soften small stains on the soles by rubbing them gently with a white eraser.
Inner Sole
The inner sole will become dirty or discolored with wear. To clean, mix a small amount of soap and water and gently brush away the dirt.
Nappa and Calf Leather
Use a leather cleaner and leather conditioner to maintain the softness of the leather, being sure to do a spot test on a small piece before treating the entire shoe.
To clean, start by removing any surface dirt or dust by gently rubbing with a dry fabric cloth. In a circular motion, apply cleaner with a clean fabric cloth or towel. Use the dry end of your cloth to work in the conditioner cream, and remove any excess.
Shoes should be kept in a cool, dry place and stored in a duster. Make sure to keep light colors away from water and other liquids. Stuff with paper or hang on a shoe tree to retain shape.
White and Ivory Nappa and Calf Leather
To clean, start by removing any surface dirt or dust by gently rubbing with a dry or lightly wet fabric cloth. If wet, be sure to completely dry the surface after wiping down.
We recommend making a natural leather cleaner with either:
- Castile soap and water: 1 part soap, 8 parts water
- Vinegar and oil: 2 parts distilled white vinegar, 1 part olive oil
Use a toothbrush or fabric cloth to lightly rub the upper leather in a circular motion until stains are removed.
Once shoes are dry, using a circular motion, apply a leather conditioner with a clean fabric cloth or towel. Use the dry end of your cloth to work in the cream, and remove any excess.
Vegetable Tanned Calf Leather
Avoid leaving leather exposed to sun or intense light. Do not allow leather to become wet, or expose to humid conditions before it receives a water-repelling treatment.
Professional leather cleaning only.
Stuff with paper or hang on a shoe tree to retain shape.
Metallics
Metallic finish on leather will lift over time. To prolong, avoid contact with sharp objects that can cause leather to tear.
Use a wax or silicone-free Metallic Leather Spray to maintain, nourish and shine your metallic leather.
Shoes should be kept in a cool, dry place and stored in a duster.
Ponyhair
To remove dirt, lightly wet a cloth with warm water and mild soap and gently wipe away in the direction of the ponyhair. Avoid using excessive water during this process. Gently brush the shoe with a small, hard-bristled brush to finish.
Suede
Suede typically has subtle color variations.
We recommend regularly using a suede brush to keep the upper clean, and continuously waterproofing suede shoes to maintain protection and prolong their life. Excess exposure to water or other liquids may result in staining.
Before applying waterproof spray, be sure to do a spot test on a small piece of leather.

Exotic Embossed Leathers
Use a leather cleaner and leather conditioner to maintain the integrity of the leather, being sure to do a spot test on a small piece before treating the entire shoe.
To clean, start by removing any surface dirt or dust by gently rubbing with a dry fabric cloth. In a circular motion, apply cleaner with a clean fabric cloth or towel. Use the dry end of your cloth to work in the conditioner cream, and remove any excess.
Brass Hardware and Buckles
To clean, place a small amount of brass or metal cleaner on a Q-tip, and carefully rub the area to remove any dirt or residue. To protect the rest of the shoe, we recommend covering any leather areas with a paper tower before application.
